There are a number of ways to do this, traditionally my clients may have their organisation pay for their Leadership Coaching program as part of their development plan, a contract (re)negotiation or in some cases, they’ve even agreed with their employers/HR team to split the costs.
Payments can be scheduled over a 3-month timeframe and all major credit cards are accepted with a small surcharge.
